Delivery Details

Our bouquets are made fresh to order in our flower shop by our trained florists. We hand deliver ourselves to ensure freshness of flowers and a full personal flower service. We deliver across Liverpool, prices are from £4.95 depending on postcode, speak to us in store for more details 0151 263 9890

All orders will be delivered between 9am and 6pm unless otherwise confirmed by us.

We deliver flowers locally to Anfield, Everton, Liverpool City Centre, Kensington, Toxeth, Old Swan, and even to further afield like Croxeth, Speke, Garston and Huyton.

 Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and amendments to orders need to be made 24 hours before the delivery day, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing to make changes. If the order has been dispatched you will be fully charged.

We offer same day delivery when ordered before 1pm, this is for selected items only. We offer next day and future day deliveries/click & collect.  On certain products we require 12 hours notice to ensure the freshest stock. To enquire about availability please call our shop on 0151 263 9890.

Deliveries throughout Liverpool  are made by shop employees and not by 3rd party couriers. Delivery fees for our online products are set at £4.95. We deliver  Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays or Bank Holidays unless by prior arrangement direct with our shop. 

Should the recipient not be at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left to notify of attempted delivery. The delivery driver may leave with a neighbour and a calling card will be left with details. If there are no appropriate options to deliver, the flowers will be returned back to our shop and the recipient or sender will need to arrange collection or re-delivery at their own expense.

We have the right to refuse any order that we deem unsuitable or threatening. We monitor content of messages and reserve the right to refuse any order.
